I was
licensed in 1991 and my wife in 2001. We are affiliated with the National, State and the
Ada County Association of Realtors. I have a bachelor's degree in business
management and prior to becoming a realtor I was in the telecommunication industry for
seven years. Prior to becoming a Realtor Val spent over 20 years in the medical
field.
We
moved our family to Idaho in 1992 to escape the big city rat race. We have a grown
son who is starting a career in Information Technology. We all enjoy the outdoors;
canoeing, skiing, fishing and hiking.
Referrals are the heart of our business and many of our clients are first time
buyers. We are very familiar with all aspects of existing homes and new construction
from custom designs to "tract homes". We keep abreast of new financing
advents and can help people with little cash for a down payment and closing costs to buy
the right home.
